Gold coast locals can enjoy complimentary travel costs. Byron - Brisbane is a minimal additional travel cost. Additional parking fees apply for city bookings where applicable.
For interstate and international clients, makeup prices are additional to travel and accommodation costs.

The prep
Come prepared and get the most out of your appointment.
Makeup:
Please come with a clean face, personalised skin prep will be added before makeup.
A light exfoliation the night before your makeup appointment, even with just a damp washer and cleanser.
Exfoliate the lips by giving them a quick brush over with your toothbrush when brushing your teeth. Don't forget to moisturise!
Drink lots of water & stay hydrated!
Tip: If you can't help but moisturise before hand, absolutely NO spf products please!

No facial waxing a minimum of 3 days before your makeup appointment.
Don't start a new skincare routine the week of a big event, it can take time for your skin to adjust. If you are considering this, let's talk about it in your trial when we have months before the event to prepare!
Hair:
Please wash and DRY your hair the morning of or night before, don't go adding any styling products. Please don't turn up to your appointment with wet hair, there simply isn't time for this built into the service.
Please note Saturday, Sunday and public holiday bookings have a $500 minimum booking fee. When making a booking you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions set out for the security of your booking from both your end (the client), and Antoinette's end as the Makeup Artist.
Deposit & Cancelation terms: Booking in a group wedding party in advance for your wedding day? To secure the date as your own a 20% deposit is required. No date is secure without a deposit. The deposit is deducted off of your total owing for your wedding day. Balance owing for the wedding day is due 10 days prior to the wedding date. Antoinette will only take one location wedding booking per day to ensure that you are the centre of attention! Deposits and payments are non-refundable. They may only be transferrable at the desecration of Antionette and pending availability. Cancelling any makeup appointment within 7 Days of the booking date may incur a 100% cancelation fee. If you cancel a booking with short notice full payment will be required if you wish to rebook. By confirming your booking you agree to these terms. No booking is secured without a deposit. Hair bookings: Please insure your hair is clean & dry. This appointment is for dry styling including straightening / waves / curls. For makeup appointments please come with a clean, makeup free face. Having to remove makeup will cut into your makeup appointment time. Medical Conditions/Allergies: Any known allergies or medical conditions must be made known to us upon booking your appointment. We are not responsible for any allergic reaction or other medical conditions as a result of using our products and services. We cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions made by our clients when making a booking, and it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the date on their invoice is correct before confirming their booking. Privacy: All client information is confidential, and we are committed to protecting your rights as a customer and will not share any of your personal information with third parties. Group bookings and mobile wedding bookings: It is encouraged to book at least your minimum makeups, additional makeups can be added closer to your event date and your invoice will be updated accordingly.
